My guess would be female, I’m not seeing a bulge at the tail base. I believe tarsal spurs isn’t with this species, because she looks like a Senegal chameleon or maybe Common chameleon.

I saved this flap neck from a yard with a lot of dogs, first flap neck but I have saved a dwarf chameleon as well which was a female and she gave live berth in our care twice, babies was safely grown and released back into the wild
