These guys can't hurt if they bite,like parrots,etc. The real Marv Albert can do some damage however.

I had no idea anyone was breeding toucans in captivity. All I knew was that imports were super illegal. Gorgeous bird.

Youve got it all Chuck. Ive got to go vacationing at the gym hahaha. The toucan is very cool. I like birds of prey most which I dont think you can keep any in captivity. Top 2, The almighty Bald eagle and the Andean condor. Of course I like owls, other eagles, hawks, falcons, etc. Anything that would like to come check out that beautiful rhino rat snake you have

They are usually over 2 grand. Their diet is primarily fruit. Blueberries and a white cage don't mix well! They are not as messy or loud as other birds.When I was researching on how loud they were,all the breeders said they are very quiet. Don't believe it. They usually crow in the morning and a little at night. My idea of quiet is a chameleon or snake.I have to say they are very quiet most of the day and will actually purr when you rub their head. This is an ivory billed aracari which is a smaller version of some of the larger toucans and smaller in price. Some of the larger toucans are 10,000!
