I saw this on my 5 month old panthers leg. I am really concerned for MBD. I Gove him calcium every day, calcium with d3 twice a month, and multivitamin twice a month. Please help!

That might just be the normal structure and musculature of his leg. As they mature, they get thicker legs. Take other pictures of both legs.

My male veiled Cham worried me once for the same reason, despite knowing I have the proper lights and supplements, I think the front of your panthers leg being completely straight is a better indicator while he's in that pose. Watch it as he walks and lifts it! I'm no expert but I'm learning a lot on this forum!

Also, do male panthers not have the Spurs on their back feet like veiled Chams? Just curious.

Panther chameleons do not have tarsal spurs like the Veiled chameleons. We determine gender by the hemipenal bulge on the tail.

I'm also concerned with mine! (Sorry to jump on your post,new to the page having troubles figuring it out. But extremely worried about my veiled)
I have a 5 month old veiled and he has been very strange, he just lays weak at the top. He won't go to his food dish and only eats when I hold him. He isn't drinking as much water either and has some what I think is swelling on his back legs and he walks really weak! Any advise or answers would be greatly appreciated.

To begin with, your chameleon should have calcium injections until the blood calcium levels are back to normal and the bones strong again. Then you need to make sure your husbandrybis good...which we can help you with when you answer the questions.

From your picture, Bshouldis, it looks like he has at least a fractured left front leg. It sounds like he is in real trouble. You need to get him to a vet as soon as possible.
Make sure he is getting plenty of calcium on his feeders. Set him up in a hospital cage so he can't fall. There's all kinds of things he needs, but the most important thing is a visit to a reptile vet.
