@Crashbandit05 those sprouts were organic alfalfa, arugula, red lentil, French lentil, and peas. I pretty much just look for the staple foods and then add whatever other nutritious (organic) produce I can find at the store.
Yup this is why I keep wet ingredients and dry ingredients separate. In the past I've mixed them unknowingly, but would rather be on the safe side now.
