supers are very easy to gutload..
feed them anything good and nutritious that you want to end up in your cham's stomach.
carrot, some chopped dandelion leaves, etc
I keep mine in a plastic bin with rolled oats. I put in slices of sweet potato, carrot, yams and regular potato. Sometimes I will put dandelion greens, kale, or collard greens on top of the oats, but you have to remove them before they get moldy or really dry.
