Mealworms

I prefer mealworms for your chameleon. They are easy to find at pet stores and in my expierience, my chameleon loves them . I go to Blazin Reptiles to get my mealworms. My Chameleon's name is Lolly.

Mealworms are not a good feeder for your cham......they have hard shells that are hard for them to digest. Try superworms and silkworms instead.

You should try superworms instead. They have darker heads.

Superworms are more nutritional, mealworms should only be offered as a treat as their chitin is hard to digest.

just because she likes them doesnt mean anything, mealworms are bad for chameleons, they had NO nutritional value and a high chiton level that will cause your chameleon to get impacted, you should switch to supers.
