Meet Kaleidoscope. :)

Me and the boyfriend just went and picked up this guy. Just finished setting up his new home.

Poor baby had some pretty bad burns in the past. He seems to be a sweetheart though. I liked the name kaleidoscope, boyfriend HATES it. We compromised on "kale"... Sort of.

oh poor baby! You are taking him to a vet right? He looks to have an eye infection and a lot of other issues. Did you rescue him? He looks sweet though

Yeah, well mostly.
He doesn't seem like he's in awful condition. He acts fairly healthy. Gonna keep an eye on him for the next couple days. His living situation wasn't as awful as some people let their chameleons get. But it wasn't great.

When we got there he only had a compact fluorescent bulb. Not sure if it was uvb or anything. No other heat either. I dont know if he had better conditions before or not. I dont know how well he was supplemented either. The guy gave us what he had. And the cage was filled with poops. He looks really beat up because he had really bad burns. Like they must have been awful!

He's so adorable, im definitely glad we have him now.

He is quite lively, but hasn't left the side of his heat bulb since we got his enclosure all up and running, it will need to be upgraded but it will suffice for the time being
