Meet my baby veiled, Dovah!

Just got the little man yesterday morning, so I've been letting him settle in. He was pretty happy this morning after I gave him some breakfast, and I decided to snap a few quick photos with my zoom lens while standing in the other room. He gets pretty scared if I'm near the cage and hides on the other side of his vine. Even with me being in another room, you can see he kept an eye on me

Thanks Jann! He is a lot smaller than I imagined he would be, and it's easy to lose him in that big cage. I got him from FLChams. The sire is Driskel, who is absolutely stunning! This little guy seems to be settling in alright, but I've been trying to leave him alone and stay out of the way for the most part. I did hand feed him a cricket yesterday and this morning! That was exciting. I have yet to hold him though. Maybe one day! lol

I was able to get a few more pictures yesterday. He wasn't very happy and is still pretty scared of me

He is very cute:) Give him some time and stay persistant. Eventually he will get used to you being around and associate you with food;) That's when he'll start to like you.
