Sooo he made it to Florida and has been settling in the last couple days! Everything seems to be going pretty well as he's eating and drinking plus exploring his new cage
. Last 3 days have been crazy busy but I wanted to share a few photos of the new little guy and his enclosure to see what you all think (plus I know a few people wanted to see him
). The last 2 days he's eaten 13-15 crickets and today I actually watched him drink water for couple minutes (which was awesome!!) I will say I've gotten so used to Ares and how chill he has become lately that I forgot what a little baby was like
. I'm still pretty sure he's debating whether I'm a predator or not but the fact he's seen me bring him food the last 2 days makes me think we're building some trust here haha! Anyways without further ado, here's the new baby Blue Ambanja that doesn't have a name yet

(P.s. I guess Gingero was right because his little nose is way more prominent than my Ambilobe! It like sticks out in the CUTEST way possible
)
(Also I put Jenga blocks for now to keep him and any escaped feeders out of the soil. Will be changing that to flat river rock in the next couple days)
