i find this bedbugs in cockroaches (Shelfrodella tartara) box

what can I do to get rid of them to be?
Are dangerous for my chameleon?

I can't tell in the pic you posted. But are the abdomen flat or round?? (the look round)

edit: i just zoomed and their abdomem are definatly round. I don't think they are bedbugs. There are younger individuals in there too ( i circled them). The eyes seem a little on the large side in proportion to the thorax compared to the smaller ration on the bedbugs in the link posted.

Also the bedbugs have segmented abdomens and the mystery bug's abdomen seems to be smooth.

they dont look like bed bugs, bed bugs look darker and more tick like, if they were bedbugs youd be in trouble. if i were you tho id get rid of them just to be safe

the abdomen is oval and small animals are all at different stages.

Perhaps they are mites that came from the roaches. I know several species of roach commonly carry beneficial mites.

Wouldn't a mite have a more tick-like body structure with 2 body segments?. These guys seem to have 3 (head , slim thorax, and abdomen)

I curious to know the OPs location.
