Microworms?

Does anyone use microworms for feeding tiny chams? I have a tiny pygmy leaf and everything seems too big for him. Fruitfly maggots work well, and I'll try the pinheads tomorrow. It would be nice to have another food source, but I've never heard of microworms before. Anyone?

Bugorder.com. It's a Canadian Company.
I'd never heard of them either, but I was looking at their site for something else.

I believe those are mainly used for feeding fish? I think the local petsmart has something called microworms... but it might be different from what you are talking about.

Ok, I guess they're not appropriate. Hopefully my boy will grow and he'll be able to eat "big boy chameleon" food.)

try springtails, melanogaster, and woodlice nymphs.
And, I wonder if they like aphids?

Melanogaster is fruitflies, correct? I am slowly but surely killing my culture <sigh>
Springtails are available on the Canadian Feeders site, so I'll call them tomorrow and ask.
Woodlice nymphs I have never heard of.
Aphids were all over my trees for the last month, but I think they're gone now. I'm sure the city got them with pesticides.

Thanks for the suggestions!

very high in calcium although i would not recommend making them as staple.

I shall look them up and try to find a source. Thanks!

try dendrobates website/ forum/ frog keeper.
They will probably have the one they cultured themselves.
Although people often just catch them outside at the backyard under the rocks and damp places.
But, I feel more comfortable getting the one cultured by hobbyists. :)
