Usually once the nail is gone, they do not grow back. The ones that are barely visible may grow back. Missing nails should not really contribute to her falling a lot. When my cham Pete started falling it was because he was grabbing his front legs with his back feet, which is a sign of MBD. Also from the picture her belly looks pretty big. Does she have a laying bin accessible in her enclosure? If she does not she should.
I thought they do grow back if the root of the nail is still attached, like a bird
Im sorry but id have to disagree with you. Shes never shown any signs of being gravid, and she does not attempt to reach the bottom of her cage or climb the cage itself. I have exo terra branches and other bird perches throughout an umbrella tree, but its possible. Also shes had a laying bin at the bottom of her enclosure for a long time and shes never attempted to dig, only to taste it. Lol. But shes never shown no signs, and wouldnt she have passed by now if she was egg bound?
They can if the root is still there, that's what I meant when I said the ones that are barely there could grow back.
