I have a monsoon and every time he is misted he turns black till he dries.
He eats good but he hates the mister. I sent for a mist king cause I'm thinking the lighter mist may
Help. I am misting him by hand with warm water and he still hates it, so I mist around him, But of course he still gets wet as he goes by and turns black. It's sad to see him so stressed. He also has the dripper most of the time. What do you guys and gals think. Open to suggestions

My guy hates the misting too. He runs to the bottom of the cage. I only use the hand mister once or twice a day, and not to long.
Sometimes even skip a day. He has the dripper almost all day. So far 8 months and he seems to be doing fine.

With young babies I always gently hand mist but if you aren't home you might have to use an automatic mister. I would set the mister to a VERY fine mist.

That's why I sent for the mist King, if I can get a mist that don't stress him as much I'll be happy
It just breaks my heart to see him so stressed. Since he is so tiny. I guess I'll just keep hand misting with warm water. That monsoon is too much for him thanks

I think I hate it more than he does it kills me to see him so cold looking

I think that is best hand misting. Do they sell misters that keep the water warm? That would be awesome
