Mist king issue

I love my mist king. However I got the new digital seconds timer and the problem is no mater what mode I'm on the pump always runs. All of my programs are set properly, time is right. Yet whenever I plug the pump in it just runs.

Any help would be great

But which did you put in? I'm asking if when you are setting up the programs did you put in the start and end time OR the start and duration time. With that model you input the start time, example 05:00, and the duration time, example 00:04.30(meaning misting for 4minutes 30 seconds).

If you put in the end time, example 05:00.00 to 05:04.30 then it will run for 5 hours, 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

l use the monsoon. is that one way better it looks awesome

Interesting. Is this the first time you've tried to use it? I wonder if it's a bad timer. My first one I had to send back because one of the buttons didn't work.

MistKing is amazing. I've never tried the monsoon but I love my MistKing. It has a very fine mist and you can set the timer for nice long mist times. Customer service is top notch as well.

that is exactly what mine did. I contacted Mistking and they sent me a new timer. Email them and they will help you.
