mist king newbie

I finally purchased my first mist king for my cham ! I just have one question - do you have to use distilled water? or can you use tap? suggestions, opinions??? Please !!!

tap water may clog up the nozzles over time. Distilled or R/O water is better because all contaminates and minerals are removed. I run tap thru mine and havent had a nozzle clog in over a year. I guess it depends on the quality of your tap water

Really depends on your tap but I believe its recommended to use distilled or RO water. I have a DIY rain ring with my mist king and still use RO.
