Misting Time Suggestions?

Hey guys, I have a 6 foot custom glass terrarium (corner cage) that's about 3 feet wide on each side, with live umbrella / scheflera (sp?) tree.

What should my mistking misting interval times be?

Here's a video:

I have a cage smaller than that and I do 100 seconds every 4 hours. It seems to work fine for me, but since that's a bigger setup, maybe a bit longer?
Also, I have never tried the mistking before, and can't say much on it. I personally like misters because it insures your cham has a constant supply of water and keeps the humidity at a good level. A down side is that it may over water your plants. [Talking from experience] But it seems bigger plants don't experience that. Sorry if I'm no help.

I do not have a mist king. I have a monsoon by the way. (y)
Also, do you have steps on how to make anew extention for the humidifier ? I would love to try that for my cham..

It depends a lot on your humidity...
In glass humidity will stay higher so less water is needed to keep it up.

Best you should test this for yourself, some chams need longer than others to get their cleaning and drinking done.

I used to handspray my jax during the summer when he was out and learned he needed at least 2-3 minutes to get his stuff done so I gave him longer misting times on his inside enclosure as well.

Guess im saying I'd rather give him fewer longer mistings than a lot of short ones since they need the time to do things.

Your going to have to monitor your Cham for the best results, see about how long he takes to start drinking and how long he drinks, after you have a decent idea of how long this takes I would use that for the first "hydration" time. I would do another observation on how long he takes to start washing out his eyes and record that. The "eye wash" setting can be done maybe 1-2 a week. The gaps in between would be of personal preference based on humidity and drainage.
For example my Cham takes about 5 minutes to stop running away from the mist and start to lick water off of his lips, so my timer is set to 7 minutes every morning about 3 hours after he's been up and basking.
Then it goes off 2mire times for about 2-3 minutes just to help keep the humidity.
I have my mistking set up to run for 15 on sundays when I'm home. I try to get him to wash out his eyes while I'm home and can monitor the drainage.
A little confusing but it's going to have to adjusted for your cham and enclosures specific needs.
I also want to mention that my enclosure is a full screen and is allowed to dry between mistings.
I would also rec you take some days where you don't mist him to allow him and the enclosure to dry out.
