Mistking or aquazamp drainage/reservoir pictures?

The cage on the left is a ReptiBreeze "large" 18"x18"x36" and the cage on the right is a Dragon Strand Large Breeder 16"x21.5"x44.5"

Twin cage setup

Self filling reservoir
Using a small plastic float valve
I got lucky and was able to push a short length of 1/4 OD water tubing from our existing RO drinking water system along some cat 5 network cable we installed during a remodel several years ago. Now one of my plates in the living room has internet access and drinking water.

Fill bucket upper left, timers upper right, drain bucket lower left, pump lower right
For the drains I used 1/2" clear vinyl tubing and this fitting.

Using a hole saw on a Dragon Strand drainage tray
The hole saw came in handy for installing everything in the Kallax series stuff I got at Ikea, which was great because they have a nice caster wheel kit. It is a little less than 16" deep though.

New resident on the right

I was looking through your photos and was wondering what the black things are across your cage and where you got them from?
Also did you just zip tie the planter on and have tip tied pieces of driftwood together to help hold it together?
(trying to revamp my cage)

You mean the curvey things in this picture?

Those are Exo Terra Jungle Vines. You can find them at pet shops, but they run about twice as much as mail order.

I'm following Bill Strand's guide on cage setup, using Dragon Ledges, although I'm not using "Great Stuff" foam.

Yes, zip ties, driftwood, other wood and Bygel Containers from Ikea as pots, along with nested 6" and 8" plastic pots from Home Depot.

Generally I'm hanging verticals from the Dragon ledges, then lashing horizontals from those "posts" until I have something I can balance a pot on. Then I'll secure it with zip ties, drilling holes as need be. The plant will be in a matching pot that nests in the tied down pot.

I JUST found out about dragon ledges from that picture haha how easy was it to install? They look so cool and could really help fill up my cage =D

They're easy to install . I'm a quadriplegic and my girlfriend who's not very mechanically inclined installed them easily.

Oh wonderful =) thanks! Im going to order mine now. My boy Bowser is going to thank you so much for showing me them haha

Been working 12 hour night shifts, so please forgive the messiness. :)

This one has two pumps attached. One on the top of the bucket one at the bottom. Misting geckos at night and pygmy enclosures during the day.

@MelissaB - I drilled the hole on the side of the reservoir that I use to mist (Mistking) my PDF vivarium. Looking at you pictures it looks as if you are feeding your pumps from the top of your containers? Am I wrong? I'm going to use another Mistking system to mist my cham enclosures. I never thought of feeding the pumps from the top rather than the sides of the reservoir.

I have my mistking pump attached on the side a little from the bottom. My aquazamp and promist pumps are both attached to the bucket lids. The promist was added to the same fill bucket as the mistking.
I added it for my geckos that need a night time misting. I would think that the mistking could be attached to the top in the same way.

I like using the top, because it's easier and I feel that it's less likely to leak. Never tried the mistking on top, though I've read that others do it with no issues.

I agree. It also saves space. Just in case - I just sent Mistking a question to get their input.
