Any idea what's going on, how to fix? This amazingly happened hours before I leave for vacation and I'm try to set my automatic mist schedule:(

Does it have a reset button to press with a paperclip or bateries to remove for 30 seconds to let it reset once you put them back? Sorry I do not know this product, just trying to brainstorm! A loos connection where the screen attaches to the wires can cause parts of the letters to dissapear. Do a little bit of tapping around the outside border of the screen with your finger to see if it helps.

Try unplugging it from the power source than plugging it back in. I'd that doesn't work you may be SOL and have to order a new one. My seconds timer went haywire while I was away on vacation too. My buddy got it wet and it proceeded to turn on and blast through the entire reservoir. Lol. The one thing I don't like a out mistking is that the company is in Canada and takes forever to get you your stuff. It took 2 weeks for me to get my new Controller from them even though they shipped it out the day after I ordered.

Im pretty sure if you hold down the two buttons that are the arrows to go up and down it will reset it. Atleast i think so. One time mine just froze and when i restarted it it was fine. Hope this helps. That really sucks
