Mistking

I'm purchasing a mistking system tonight and I was wondering whether or not I should get the plus pack with the starter system for an extra 60 bucks. What do you guys think? I only have one chameleon at the moment but I'll be getting a panther eventually!

Stick w starter. You don't really need more unless you are doing more than 3or4 enclosures. Spent the $$ on a double nozzle then you have the option of doing 1-3 nozzles w your purchase for only a few extra dollars.

which nozzles are you referring too? there is no option to add more nozzles. It asks if i'd like to purchase the zipdrip accessory, screen wedge, or the plus pack. The plus pack is an extra 60 Bucks. Thanks for the help

You should be able to just add an extra nozzle or two, to your order. It may not include it as an option on the starter but i think you can add it as an extra item. Also get the screen wedge, it is worth the 5 bucks IMO. The starter kit should be plenty for an addition of a couple of enclosures.

There are all kinds of value nozzles on the mistking web site I'm so confused haha someone order what I need and ill give you my info :p

I just installed mine last week, its great you will love it.

I got the starter with and extra L nozzle and 1/4 inch tee (don't forget the Tee!! Or you will be pissed on install day)

And buy a good quality bucket, I busted one while drilling the hole cause it was too brittle.

Depends how you want to make your set up

The plug in tee will connect both nozzles to one another, therefore making a single water line going through you cage.

with the normal tee, each nozzle will have its own water line that you can merge where ever you prefer.

Awesome thank you, I'm ordering it tonight any min now just wanted to have everything I needed. :) I'm going to hook this up and try to sell my monsoon system

Do any of you guys know if you can order the screens, that trap particles from the water, separate? Thanks,,, lisa

A single nozzle in my experience covers about a 12" spray width. I use a double nozzle to cover my 2x2x4 enclosure. You might also add a 3rd nozzle if you live somewhere more dry.(I live in SW Florida) or a rain dome on top of cage in lieu of a dripper. Just remember shipping for these is expensive (comefrom Canada) so try to get all you might want in 1 shipment.

Sounds good to me with the drip system would that be the rain attachment or what? Isn't the misting sufficient enough for my Jackson's to drink

That's the great thing w Mistking. Gives nice concentrated fine spray and stays in cage. I don't hardly use a dripper anymore, but again I live in 80+%. Humidity year-round.

I have found that even though I live in a dry climate (Toronto) a single value nozzle assembly along with 2 live plants provided enough humidity in my 2x2x4. The difference between "L" or the "T" is the inlet on the nozzle(depends on how u plumb to multiple nozzles). The premium nozzle is no better just metal construction. I have had no problem ordering or delivery in Toronto. I have found a bit less water for a longer period of time is more appealing ( and less waste water).
