Why spend so much money when you can mist 2-3 times a day manually? Isn't this more for ppl who cannot be around their chams for long periods of time... or have money to blow? Just a thought ...

The starter one is best for you. And it is great if you have the money to buy one, saves you a lot of time.

If you don't have the time to mist a couple of times a day then it would be great. If you have time and don't mind taking 30 seconds out of your day hand misting is definately cheaper! I have 23 poison dart frogs that require 80-90% constant humidity and I still hand mist. Doesn't take that long and it works just fine. Leaves you with more money to spend on other critters.
