Mitch. The blue barred chameleon

His sire is hunter from www.flchams.com This chameleon is unreal. He started eating out of my hands within a week and does not mind handling at all. Im about to go to wall-mart and get a nice digital camera to share some pictures of him. This thread will document his age at 5 months and I will update it monthly to show how his colors are coming in. He should be blue with green bars that fire up yellow. Im hoping he will be like his sire but who knows.

Ill try and get some pics up tonight of him sleeping!

I ended up going with a sony cybershot.. it's a pretty good camera for the price.

Night time in the rain. I had horrible lighting and was trying to avoid soaking my camera.. ill have better pics tomorrow hopefully in the sunshine.

dont know what that means.. Im knew to cameras

He does look fantastic, There will be some pretty yellow greens oranges and blues for sure!

There should be a micro setting-it will have a little flower looking symbol usually.

the macro or flower setting alows you to move the camera closer to the subject.
you could even turn on the flash and try that with the macro setting if daylight is poor.

just remember that it works best if the lens is at it's widest angle...don't set it to zoom in, but set it to wide and get closer.

Yeah, I saw him the other day and he looked kinda fired up with this bright red tail going underneath his belly.. Ive never seen his colors like that before. There was no reason for him to be fired up so I guess he was just in a good mood?

And sorry for the poor pics.. Im new to this whole photography thing.
