??? there should be no reason to have mold at all?!? do you have your cham in a glass cage?

i was wondering about this too. ive got a screen cage and the posters behind it are already starting to get all deformed. is there anything i can buy or put behind the screen to prevent the water from getting everywhere but still keep good ventilation?

Multiple issues...
Let the cage dry out at least once a day. That should prevent mold from happening. People make a lot of fuss about humidity, but they often forget to mention that you should stop that whole thing a few hours before it gets dark and cold so the cage can dry out.
riley, You could just get a piece of plastic, cut it to fit and tape it to that side of the cage.

i was reading somewhere that there is some sort of plastic you can buy that screw into your cage. do you know anything about those? or how did you fix your problem?

You can do it to as many as 3 sides if you need to... the fewer the better, but as long as you have one side uncovered your ventilation will work.

I put a shower curtain on the wall behind the cage. It's working great for me, but I understand if that is too ugly. Of course, you could put up a rainforest-theme curtain.
