Mouth rot?

Hey guys,
My panther is about 8 months old. The corners of his mouth always had a yellow tinge. Lately I have been getting worried it may be mouth rot. When he shed, the small bit of skin he she'd around his mouth was yellow. Here is an image, if anyone has insight I would greatly appreciate it.

Mouthrot or stomatitis is a symptom of an infection. You will see swelling, reddened or inflamed lip or gum, and patches of pale cheesy matter on the surface of the infected site.

Many panthers have yellowish lips and gums.
