Hello everyone.
It is my pleasure to introduce you to my 5 1/2 month old Blue Bar Ambelobe chameleon (Sired by Weiler) that I recieved yesterday from Michael @ FL Chams.
The idea of getting a chameleon for a pet came from my dear daughter after she decided if Rapunzel had one she must have one. Now I don't know about most people, I can't say no to my kids in these kinds of situations. For two weeks before ordering the chameleon, I was doing extensive research on the topic via internet. In the process I called many people (some from the sponsor list of this site) and I have to say that the most help and advice I got was from Bruce @ Chameleon Paradice and Michael @ FL Chams.
The process of getting things right was tough, since my family is a first time reptile owner. But nevertheless with the help from the guys I just mentioned, it worked out. And it worked out so, that now me my wife and kids, decided to get atleast 3 more chameleons. Sounds crazy but we are totaly mezmorised by these amazing colorfull "tree monkeys" as Bruce calls them. Therefore the next chameleon will probably be a Nosy Faly form Chameleon Paradice, then a Ambanja, Nosy Be, Sambava, Ankaramy, Tamatave, and deffinately a Parsons chameleon.
I hope that all breeders and owners love their animals and take good care of them, providing them with all they need and lots of love!
