My Amibole shedding after 6 months

Well I think he's at least around 6 months old. His sire was Lucifer and his reds are coming in nicely. He's still nervous about everything even though I've had him 2.5 months. He ran all the way down when I took the pic of him going through his shed and then proceeded to give me his mean face. Guess this will be the last time I take pics of him awake for a long time LOL! Anyways, enjoy the before and after.

Love the shed picture. He's a very handsome little boy. Have you tried to let him hand on a plant outside of his cage when you are around to closely supervisor? This might help him to be not quite so nervous.

I'm actually planning a small free range area for my chams in hopes that it will calm him down some. Just finding the time and money to do it is the problem!
