One question for you. S. African habitats appear relatively dry compared to other chams. What are you average humidity levels and do you try to force "seasons" for breeding?
Dave

Humidity changes 40% - 90% between night and day, always higher at night.
Only seasonal change i provide is shortening day from 14h to 10h for a 15 min per week and relatively cold days and nights (20°C - 5°C). At this point of the year, day is the lowest 10h and i start to raise it in january again, 15min per week.

Here is a picture of the humidity/temp gauge, it shows past weeks highest and lowest humidity and temp.

Great pics, and congrats! What were the daylight hrs per day and what did you raise them to when they mated? and were they together in the same cage all the time or did you just introduce them together then?...

Love them all. I can't wait to see more species here. Hoping for damaranum and merus for myself one day. Truly fantastic. My pumilum and transvaals are growing like mad. I am starting to get suspicious my female transvaal may be more than just fat. Have you had pairs reproduce under 1 year old?

Thanks!

They have always been together.

Lowest week in the winter is 9.30h for daylight, then i raise 30min the next week once and then 15min per week until 14h per day is achieved.
They mated during the 3th week.

All my brady females are now receptive.
