My calyptratus has an eye closed

please if someone could help me....
my calyptratus has an eyeclosed....and sometimes his eye shows as a little ball...
I put him in little box with some warm water...
also he don't eat crickets and mealworms...but he eats wax worms.
the temperature is about 28 C° and I put it out at the sun regularly cause I live in the south of Italy.
But I bought him some weeks ago, in Austria.
