That's 45cm x30cm by the way do you still recommend a 5.0 repti glo and this won't b too bright and cause eye problems?Thanks

Sorry had a funny 5minutes the repti glo bulb I am using is a 5.0

As long as you have a 5.0 you should be fine. Do you also have an incandescent bulb for heat? This board recommends just using a regular household bulb like you can buy at the grocery store.

I live in Canada and use glass exo-terra ventilated cages all the time for chameleons...they are not a problem for me as long as there is no water left standing stagnant on the floor or the cage.
