Your set up looks good but I would lose the moss, it can cause an impaction if she were to eat it. If you don't want/can't use live plants, you can mist longer or more often or add a dripper. Also she does need more water to get her poop the the white & brown as said above. Without a picture it is not possible for us to give you any ideas about the lump. Can you get pictures of the lump?

Is this the bump?

If so, it sort of looks like an insect bite or sting, but closer pictures from a couple of angles would be helpful.

Live plants would help tremendously with humidity, you might want to give them a try.

if its hard, its probably not a cyst. cysts are normally filled with fluid, which would make the lump feel squishy.

Ill let others comment on it, but it might require a trip to the vet for a biopsy... i know the vet thing isnt what you wanted to hear, but... it migh tneed to happen.

I'm inclined to think it's an insect bite or sting. You should definitely keep an eye on it (take pictures of it every couple of days). If it hasn't gone down in a week, I think you'll need to consider a vet.

1 - Is there anykind of small injury in the center? That can indicate a bite.

2 - I've seen parasites do something similar, however the shape is very symetric so I'm not inclined to think it is one.

3 - Keep an eye on it. If it gets larger or doesn't begin to shrink in the next 10 days. You need to have somebody with more experience (vet) take a good look at it.

ive looked real close and theres no sign of a bight im gonna keep close watch and make a vet trip thank you all
