We normally have him covered up because we always have lights on so we don’t see him often but he has done it two nights in a rowI personally have seen my cham's back arch while sleeping as well. Usually when his body is in a stretched out position as opposed to curled up and tucked. Looks like he's just contoured to the stick in a way that it makes it extreme. Or is he that flat on multiple nights?
He seems to get fairly dark around his eye when he is sleeping. Didn’t know if that was normal. He’s also usually a bit red at the top of his head, not sure if that’s normal either? That doesn’t look good! Let me get some people to help. I really don’t think that is normal but not sure as well as under his eye is very dark.

I’ve never seen him do it while he’s awake just seen him look like this the past two nights while sleepingThey can do this... When they stretch out. Is it a normal arch when he is awake?
He has the circle around his eye during the day but it’s not nearly as darkHe seems to get fairly dark around his eye when he is sleeping. Didn’t know if that was normal. He’s also usually a bit red at the top of his head, not sure if that’s normal either?
We have him covered at night to clarify we don’t have him covered 24:7 that was bad wording on my part!We normally have him covered up because we always have lights on so we don’t see him often but he has done it two nights in a row
Just make sure a few inches on the bottom of the cage are not covered as well as the entire top of the cage. You want the air circulation. We normally have him covered up because we always have lights on so we don’t see him often but he has done it two nights in a row
It is normal. He is stretching out while sleeping.I’ve never seen him do it while he’s awake just seen him look like this the past two nights while sleeping
Normal coloring. He will start to develop more dark detail around his eyes and casque as he matures. He has the circle around his eye during the day but it’s not nearly as dark
Looks like normal coloring. No sign of thermal burn.Another question, my chams eye/top of head and casque has been a bit reddish/brownish since we got him (about two ish weeks ago). Is it normal? Pic posted below (he decides to chill out on my zaxbys cup)
