My cham is shedding

Noticed my cham is shedding around the stomach. is there anything I can do to help? He is a veiled cham, about a year old.

I like to increase the humidity in the cage to aid the shedding process. This can be accomplished by extra misting and a humidifier or fogger (optional of course). Never try to pull off the shed, as this can cause damage to the skin. Hope the shed goes well. It's always exciting to see the bright new colors underneath!
