My cham isn't ever at the top of his cage anymore

Hey guys. I've had my baby rudis chameleon for about two months and I've noticed the last week or so that he doesn't go up by his heat lamp (top left) like he used to. He used to go under his heat light everyday and enjoy basking, but now I only see him down by his dripper (middle right) which is not in the light. I'm worried because he's not even up getting uvb that I can tell. He's eating normally and everything, but I have noticed that he isn't looking as green lately. What should I do differently?

When I put him in his cage I will put him back in up by the heat and eventually I'll see him down by the dripper again, so I know he's capable of getting around in there.

I've attached a picture of my viv, thanks.

So far as I know, you shouldn't use the red light for basking.

Otherwise it looks okay, unless you consider that it's a little small (but it might be fine if your cham is still small due to age).

How often do you mist the enclosure?

Yeah he's only like 2 inches long, so I think this cage is big enough. I mist the cage at least 3 times a day.
