My Cham won't eat crx anymore :\

I have an almost 11 month old Cham and I think he is done with crx :( he refuses to eat them but he will eat other things like supers, hornworms and fruits and veggies. Since it is getting colder outside I can't get any grasshoppers for him to eat from a field Ik about. Are there any feeders I can use for a little bit so I can switch off from that to his crx that I can buy online? Yes Ik Dubai roaches are a great choice but my mom won't allow them in the house:( she says "if u bring in roaches, the Cham goes with them." NO THANKS!!! Anyway is there any feeder I can buy online to supplement his crx for a little while?

Mine went off for crix for awhile i thot hed never eat em again but hes finally back on em now. Most if they get hungry enough will evenually eat crix as opposed to starve have you ever given him a day of nothing than tried crickets?

Yes, he eats everyother day so that is kinda he day off. The last day he ate crx was Friday. I just saw him eat a crx in free range so maybe he will eat today. I'm gonna go look into getting some grasshoppers and breed them so if he won't eat the crx then maybe he will eat those.

I like Silkworms. They have about the same fat content of crickets. High in calcium also. I get mine from Coastal Silkworms

NurseMaia said that she told her father that the Dubia's are "Dubia Beetles", instead of roaches. Brilliant idea!

yes i was looking into those as well as grasshoppers. The silkworms looked pretty healthy but every website i looked for them they were out of stock, i will look at this one!!

lol but if one gets loose and they start to multiply, things wont go too well... HAHAH
That's not quite correct. Unlike roaches in the US, at regular home temps, around 70 degrees, they won't breed. And they definitely need a mate to breed, and nymphs require lots of water. So a colony in your home is not very likely.
