My chameleon has a something hanging out of his butt?

I woke up today to find that my chameleon has what looks to be a piece of skin on his butt, should i be concerned? Should i just wait for me to pass it? He is behaving normally.
It is definitely hanging out of his vent, he has not shed recently; only a couple weeks ago. But i wouldn't be surprised if he found a piece of skin in the plant. Maybe ate it w a cricket??

That is a sperm plug and is normal in males. He should get it out on his own either by rubbing it off or with the next fecal he passes.
