Ok so I am new to this chameleon thing I had my velied chameleon for 3 months when I got here she was so active and now she seems weeker and her eyes are always closed and he poop is runny also she does not want to eat I dont know what is wrong with her

Also she just stays not moving at all with her eyes closed and something in her rectum

i agree, ur cham does not look well at all. Signs of sleeping during day, inactiveness and strike on eating can be bad signs, i know from prior experiences pls bring your cham in

If it's a prolapse its a medical emergency and she needs a vet ASAP. If part of her intestines is hanging out it needs to be kept moist until younger to the vet quickly. I can't see clearly in the photo.
