Placement - Currently cage is on the floor in a low traffic area.
Location - Nashville, TN
Current Problem
My Veiled Chameleon is lying catatonic on the bottom of it's cage.
Yesterday my chameleon was stalking cricket and my hand was in the cage to help stir the crickets out of the corner of the cage. She then used my hand as a ballast as she went to grab one. The moment she launched her tongue she slipped, instantly put on her black stripes, and fell to the bottom of the cage. She's still breathing and moves some but is still pretty much in the fetal position.
I mean I named her Derp for obvious reasons but this derp herped and now she's in a lot of pain.
All joking aside I am really desperate and need some help.
*note: She was already catatonic and in the fetal position before she hit the bottom of the cage. The instant movement freeze happened on the way down.
