I've had Jose for a week and whenever I put my hand in his cage to give him more food he will run away from me, still. I've hand fed him 1 time but he was in a good mood that day. Anyone know whatsup?

well just stay patient, also dont move like you are afraid if they lunge or make threats, stay calm move slow, offer food and water..they get over it eventually..these are the friendlyest ive had yet, but most chams learn to enjoy off time from their usual everyday stuff..

Thanks for your insight but I had a hard time getting them to jump into their new cages as they out grew their old ones.
Cage transfers or full cleanings are the only time I bother mine.
