My chameleon will die without help

Ok so still no progress towards laying but today she has been darker colors all day, is this a bad sign?

She looks ready to pop. If she is starting to darken that could very well mean stress. Myself I would give her privacy, dig a few starter holes, and if she don't lay in the next day or so I would take her to the vet for a look see. Good luck

Ok so I'm not sure what to do here. Today Morti looks like she is tired, she is occasionally resting her head but still is moving (very slowly) around her cage. She hasn't eaten much this week but is still drinking water. She doesn't look dehydrated, her eyes are still moving around like crazy scoping out her domain and they are not Sunken in. I feel like I'm on the fence about whether or not to take her in to see a vet. On one hand she is showing some symptoms of distress but still moving around and seeming alert. Her vent is not looking relaxed and I cannot see definite outlines of eggs, she doesn't seem to be in labor so should I wait one more day or take her in now? Also what seems to be the going rate for an oxytocin shot?

the last picture shows receptive colors, so she is developing eggs.
just simply put a laying bin and wait she knows what to do.
before she starts laying first she start to explore all cages part after she stay on bottom.
it looks like she isn't yet ready to lay.
keep calm and wait.
nature is amazing.

Well today we had to make an emergency trip to the vet. Morti was too weak to climb to the top of her cage and was too weak to stay on the branch I set her on. She wasn't putting up any fight towards me getting her out of her cage. She is closing her eye a bunch and unable to lift her head. She was fine last night, let's hope I got her to the vet in time.

The vet thinks there is nothing really left to do. The X-rays show she is egg bound or atleast labored through the night and was unable to lay. They vet thinks she sees an abnormality that could be the cause but not likely. She gave her a shot of oxytocin, and calcium, she has told me to take her home and administer some warm baths throughout the day to try to warm her and relax her into laying but that if it doesn't work today she think euthanasia is the next best step as Morti is too weak to make it through surgery. I am heart broken.

I'm no expert at this, but is one shot of Oxytocin enough? I hope she can lay on her own, and I hope she has enough strength to recover. Sending positive thoughts your way.

I'm not an expert by any means but have you tried putting in the laying bin (I know you have for this part) and then wrapping the cage in a sheet or something some that it can't see anything around the room that might be scaring her into not laying? maybe get a dark covered lay bin so she does not feel vulnerable. I'm not sure if that will help at this stage just thinking about possible reasons she is not laying

I am so sorry to hear Morti still has not laid those eggs. It can take multiple injection of oxytocin and calcium......like every 6 hours for 2 to 4 days. How weak is she?

She is already in a covered cage with a covered dark lay bin that has a plant in it and is behind a umbrella tree in her cage. It is a three gallon bucket 11 inches of dirt in the bottom. She is super weak. She hasn't eaten in three days, she was sliding off her basking branch this morning and was just pressing herself up against the side of the cage to keep herself from falling all the way down. She is dark black and having trouble maintaining her body temp she is cold even under her basking light. The vet has me doing water baths to raise her temp and hopefully relax her body. I had to push her up onto her basking branch today she couldn't climb up herself. The vet says she is very weak and has possibly been hiding her pain the last two days very well. She has been cranky and normal until today but she is bad today. She can't support her own weight and is laying on her stomach with her legs hanging over the sides of the branch and resting her head with her eyes closed frequently. She also seems clumsy and unable to coordinate her legs to move much any way. She is starting to hiss at me and gape her mouth at me after her third bath and now she is bright lime green for the first time today. So I don't know what to do but the vet isn't hopeful. Here are some pic of her today versus yesterday (the last one was her yesterday).
