My first Panther

Hey everyone

First time Panther owner and first time poster in this forum. We drove 2.5 hours to get this little guy. He is almost 5 months old and is starting to show some great colors and patterns. He's a red/yellow body Ambilobe, and wow is he quick...faster than I thought he'd be. lol. Snapped a quick pic when he woke up this morning. I will get better pics after he is settled.

He is a beauty ,I got my first panther a month ago (ambilobe) he is 4 months old has had two sheds and color is beautiful. He is also quick and very feisty. Yesterday he came out of his cage for the first time willingly ,and ate 3 crickets from my hand. He took about a month to come around but he is socializing nicely. They learn pretty fast who their friends are. Post more PICS! I love to see the sleeping colors ,my boy is bright green with red stripes while sleeping ,he looks like a character out of Dr Suess.

Yeah I will post more pics for sure when I can. My guy is actually more pale with "hopefully" bright colors to come. The Sire is super bright, so hopefully he's just a late bloomer Thats cool about yours. I'm glad it's working out for you. I think they are so awesome.

Yes he'll be spoiled alright. We just hand fed him and handled him a little. He is great. Here's a much better pic too!!

Congrats! I have an about 4.5 month blue bar. He is my baby! So interesting and so much fun!

Yeah for sure. We've had Jackson and Veiled before...but Panthers rule IMO.

He is doing great so far. Hand feeding daily and coming out to play as well. Having some difficulty getting the temps higher at the moment, but we are working on it. Here are some new pics.
