no they're lower throat just goes out and she is a beautiful girl. I had one but she passed shortly after leaving me with 45 little suprises. they are very small and don't need that big of cage to keep around so an 18-18-36 will keep them very happy.

right, Flap necked is about 1/3 size to Veiled.
