From your pictures from a few days ago I would say she is not gravid. Some females have a bump above the back legs. I will post a pic of my female that has that "bump" and is definitley not gravid.
You are overly-concerned chameleon parent! We all went through it with our first. It gets easier when you learn to "read" them. I am sure she is still adjusting.

but when she does get eggs, what kind of product do i use, the substrate..whats works best?
Her eggs won't be fertile unless you've bred her.
When she is almost 5 months old I would put a big bucket-I use a flower pot that is 10 inches deep and 11 inches wide full of either just playsand or a mix of coconut fiber and playsand. That way if she needs to lay infertile eggs she will start hanging out at the bottom and/or digging.
