My huge project - dream came true.

Absolutely stunning; I love this beautiful approach to a naturalistic habitat.

Only thing I'm worried about is that Solar Raptor. I know you said you've used it before, but even at a distance of 30in, its putting out more than 2x as much UV as a chameleon should be getting!

Thank you for the information. The product itself does 150 those UVB units at range of 75 cm. My range of the highest point is 50 cm while keeping the right basking temperature. The lamp has a stainless mesh cover which should decrease the output by half as I found out earlier when I was buying it. This is how I used it in my screen enclosure for both veil and panther chameleon. With the new findings, I will be most likely buying UVB tube and switching the lamp for halogen bulb just for basking.

Edit: I wonder how much UVB units does year old lamp do. I have one and would like to test it. If its in the correct range, then I guess I could be fine with using the old one for now. Need to find someone close here with solarmeter.

Hi guys, I thought that I might share few upgrades which I have made while ago. Dino was growing fast and found him on curtains few times. ;)

For the cleaning, I use a vacuum cleaner when everything is dry. Works perfectly. :D (found some runaway crickets this way)

Tillandsias are doing great, they started reproducing and I planted some seeds I got this summer to one piece of the cork bark in the terarium.

First off looks amazing.....second I'm curious to see what you have done for drainage...I'm in the process of a build of my own and looking for some ideas....great job tho looks very well done

This is beautiful! I just have one other comment, I'd slid it a little bit farther from the curtain or the plant on the windowsill. Otherwise he will be roaming. This is one of the nicest screen-less setups I've ever seen.

This is really awesome, this is the first time I went all out on a Enclosure for my Cham, and if I had the space and slightly more budget for it, I totally woulda done something exactly like this. Good job dude!

Thanks. Its actually curtain attached to the bottom and top of hanging "cover of the lighting". Its a final version of securing him from escaping. (Its been there for like 4 months and since then he cant escape even if he tries everyday)

Anyway I noticed that I probably messed up my album of making this in original post. So here is the right one:
