Do you have uv b light? what is the temperature in the Cage day time and night time? is he wild caught or captived breed?, do you use calciunm powder? what is gut load drink?, do you have live plants?

Um yes, I have but I’m still learning, I’ve never had a problem with him and pay close attention to his health. His cage is the standard size cage that you buy at petco or pet smart, the cage set up came with lights and bulbs.
I need help, not to be judged. Now please help me or don’t comment.

If it’s the kit then it’s a 16x16x30

The kit should have came with reptivite in it that has D3 in it. It's not labled all that well on the tiny packet of reptivite. Sadly the guidlines for it after posting on here I found out are wrong. I'm glad I found my way here before something happened.
Truth be told the only good thing about the kit is the starting cage and I still use the dome for day and night bulbs. Had to replace the UVB and get a dripper system

You should never use a night bulb with a chameleon, fyi. If you absolutely require additional heat at night (keep in mind that temperature drops overnight are actually healthy for chameleons), you should use a ceramic heat emitter. Night lights prevent them from sleeping well

This is why I don't want to spend too much time here anymore, everybody is so sensitive, does not want the help, they care about their "feelings", if that is what they consider it, and not their chams. That just results in dead chameleons, or ones on the edge, and people who don't know what they are doing, just sensitivity. People, just admit what you did wrong, and move forward to help those in need.

Some people just dont think of creatures other than cats and dogs as pets and companions. Its sad. I work at a pet store and when i tell someone that they cant put a gold fish in a tiny bowl and i will not sell them the fish they always get mad at me and storm out or want a manager.

We've had the cops called before because we will refuse a sale if anything if we as staff feel that the animal will be at risk.

Thanks, everyone at my store is in the same mind set. Both pet stores Ive work in have been. Every now and again you get the bad apple but they usually dont last long due to the job not being as easy as mos people think. Problem is getting the good ones to stay and stop getting the bad ones to apply thinking they are going to play with cute puppys all day
