My jacksonii jacksonii has arrived

Hello fellow Chameleon Forum Members,

Today my new jacksonii arrived from Steve McNary. He has already eaten one cricket and drank in my presence. His colors have been vibrant too. Here are some pictures. Sorry for poor quality, I am in 6th grade.

He looks to be enjoying his enclosure. He may take some time to get used to his new home at first.

If you find it hard to keep some of the moisture in you can try attaching some fake foilage to sides of the cage with some zip-ties. This also prevents them from climbing the actual meshed part.

Putting fake foliage on the cage sounds like a good idea! I have not had trouble with humidity, but it seems good to prevent him from loosing his nails. I will probably put it there if I notice him climbing on the screen.
