my little man seems lethargic

Yeah, what she said....they should not be together. Did you buy them at a show? I know that I got really bad advice from another board sponsor at a show. When I went to their store and explained what had happened, the answer was "well...yes, they were trying to make a sale"....hence my advice to avoid purchasing at shows.....

I do find it odd that he is the one showing signs of stress. I would expect the female to be more upset by that situation.

Hopefully once you separate them, everyone will go back to normal. If you have to do something "makeshift" I suggest pulling the female out for that. Let the male stay in his enclosure.

I did not purchase them at a show however I agree they just wanted to make a sale....

I'm surprised that the male is stressed too. He is pretty passive though and she's always been a little agressive towards me.

I have an explorarium that I can put her in until I get another cage. I live in SOCAL so the weather is always nice.

If he's really only 6 months old and she's a full grown adult, she could easily intimidate him...especially if she's gravid.

They're both just 6 moonths old and she's a little smaller! I dont get it.

Of course it's going to be cloudy with a high temp of 66 degrees today. I feel like that's a little cold to put her out in the explorarium.

This is so stressful, I wish I never listened to the breeder . I dont want to be the cause of killing either one of them. :(
