Soo i have gotten a few PMs about what i gutload/dust with on Chance..
Im not saying that what i'm using works. Good bloodline on the Kammers part plays a big role here. But im sure it's not hurting to make sure they get what they need.
I gutload all my crickets this stuff.
Dish on the right is "Dino-Burger"... It's a mix of Repashy's BugBurger and Dino-Fuel/s. I also shake some vegies/greens in a cup with a light dusting of Dino-Fuel.
Dish on the left is mixed fruits (usually from whatever my kids are eating that day). I don't water my crickets at all. They get orange slices 2x per day. (i assume they are getting enough moisture this way). The watercrystals and spunge was just getting too messy in the bin with 3000+ crickets.
I water the "Dino-Burger" 1/2 cup of water more than directed for reg BugBurger. The Dino-Fuel tends to absorb a lot of the water and get a little too dry for my liking.
I dust with Repashy's ALL-IN-ONE "Cal Plus" (i dust every other day since there is soo much stuff in my gutloads)

Well i'm waiting on Chance to shed b4 i can post any updated pix. This shed seems to be taking longer than usual, or his sheds are just slowing down (he has been eating more now though).
He dropped his first sperm plug over the weekend and has been doing the "hemipenis showing game"... He seems to have full control over it and extends and retracts it with no issue at all. Lil horn-dog stage i guess.

Yesterday was a cricket massacre. I let my kids feed my Chams by holding a cup of crickets. All my Chams come running to the cup and will just pick crickets off from the cup. Kinda cool. So Sophia would hold the cup and let him take a cricket, then Ariyana would hold the cup and he'd take another, and so on, and so on!
Well Yesterday i overfilled the cup (must have been about 60 crickets in there, i was going to share them out between my 3 Chams). Ariyana was soo eger that she ran off with the cup to feed Chance. Chance ran for the cup and snatched up about 6 crickets in one shot. One of the crickets climbed onto his head then jumped right on my daughter's face!! SHE FREAKED OUT and dropped the cup!!
Oh man i tap danced on them crickets!! BAREFOOT!! It was gross! NONE MADE IT OUT ALIVE!!

Im laughing rite now thinking about it. There was no hesitation either. They were too close to my closet. I would hate to have to rip it apart insearch of crickets.
fun?. lol. It was funny. My wife and i had a good laugh about it after they were all squished!.. I can't even explain the wet cricket guts feeling on the bottom of my feet. When i was done i was on my tippy toes and the whole sole of my foot was caked with cricket bodies.
I was mad at the situation, but couldn't be upset with Ariyana. I would have done the same had a cricket jumped on my face.
