I'm glad you removed that light - it looked like a compact (which is not good). Make sure that the UV light is a flourescent 'tube' type - I know that the Exoterra tops come as either dual or compact - its the dual that you want that houses the basking bulb and the UV tube. You could do with a couple of live plants in there for her to hide and climb in. Try B&Q for Ficus (Weeping Fig), Schefflera (Umbrella plant) and Pothos (Devil's Ivy). They come in various sizes & prices. She will also drink off of the leaves when you mist the cage.

Do you have a male or female? that will be fine for a female BUT if you have a male he will be scratching at the glass constantly and will want his own territory to roam around and patrol. A screen cage would have been better but I have a large wooden viv and plan on replacing some of the glass with screen.I know its hard to get hold of in the uk but try to get some more ventilation in there. Like miss lily said, live plants will help a lot!!!

I have a female! SHe is eating like a pig today!

We only expect to use this enclosure for 2 months until we can get a full size screen one (or wooden with loads of ventilation).

Thanks

yeah i was going to say its good for now but when she gets older it wold be much better to get a screen cage and fillit with a small 6-10'' ficus and then vines and all sorts of fun stuff for her
