Cool, for future reference save yourself some money and buy the regular house bulbs. Same thing for less money and lasts longer.

But you are ditching the MVB bulb tonight right?

Yes the old school incandescent bulbs do, not the LEDs. Dollar store still sells them. If I were you I’d buy a 60, 75, and 100 watt and see which one gets your temps right...

Thanks for the info on that I read a lot on my chams and I learned something new today.No mvb and can use a reg light bulb. You think that will help with his eyes?

With your panther shedding and not having had the problem before shedding the odds are that a chunk of shed got in your chameleons eye. What our chameleon needs a nice long misting session to hopefully wash the shed out. Putting a plant in the shower and pointing the stream of water to above the plant against the wall and letting water bounce off the wall on to the chameleon is the way to go. Have the water warm enough so the chameleon is comfortable and not cold but be careful not to use water that is too hot. Please do not leave the chameleon unattended during this time. A 30 minute session should do it!
