My Setup Question

Below is Dexter's new home, he is a Jackson's cham about 5mo old. I am adding new things like drainage bin and a tube uv light. I've seen JDOG's video http://youtu.be/lKTbUaOQ0aA and noticed he has his uv covering half the cage. Dexters cage is about H:54 W:30 D:19 (ikea hack). So my question is: since my cage is way bigger, should I get a uv light covering the width or the depth like he did?

Basking heat and humidity is where its suppose to but as you can see Im still using the same lighting fixtures both uv and basking are 5.0 as before, but I dont want to risk MBD or anything else (they will be placed at top center soon)

Also, are regular Ceiling fixtures from Home depot, Orchard ok to use with the ReptiSun T5 HO 5.0 UVB Lamp?

A 24" T5 fixture would be great for that enclosure.. If the fixture from home depot is a T5 HO fixture then then the T5 UVB bulbs will work fine! Just remove the plastic bulb shield since UVB will not go through that.
Only thing I suggest is you fill the holes in the side (the ones that are used for the adjustable shelves) with silicone. The untreated particle board inside the holes will suck up water like crazy and the enclosure will start bubbling and rot in no time, as well as the seams where the sides meet the top and bottom and back

It's got to be a T5 fixture. If the store has T5 fixtures, they would work fine.

^What Windex said. :)
