My uvb lights

All those lighting post got me worried.
I have the 18x18x36 diy cage. I also have the 24" HO T5 Double Bulb fixture with Arcadia 12% and 6.5k Day-light Bulbs

I know I should’ve ordered the 6%, but messed up.
I somewhere read that if You use a dual fixture, it’s okay to use the 12%. Is that true?

Yes, you will lose some light because it's a dual fixture and as long as it's densely planted and they can get out it should be fine.

The thing to watch for, with too much UVB is burns. As long as your Cham isn't getting burned it should be fine, especially if it's already been in use for awhile.

A fresh bulb will out out much more UVB than a 1 month old one, which is why we replace after 6 months.
